You will no longer be able to edit your booking or add workshops online, although you can still view your booking details (by clicking the button above and logging in).

    your booking?

     

     

    Click here for step by step instructions

    1. Click 'Amend Booking' button above (will open in new tab).
    2. Enter your email address.  Click 'Continue'.
    3. Enter the password that you provided when your first registered.  Click 'Continue'.
    4. Note: If you cant remember your password, click 'forgotten your password?' and a pop up box will appear to enable you to have a reset link to your email address.  If you registered initially over the phone, you will need to contact Mint Events.
    5. You will now be on the 'Booking Management' screen.  Underneath the 'Edit' section, select either 'Personal Info' to amend your contact details (e.g. telephone number) or select 'Booking Options' to amend your booking choices (e.g. your day delegate day or bedroom type).  Once amendments are made, click 'Continue'.
    6. You will be back on the 'Booking Management' screen.  The message 'your registration has not yet been saved' will be displayed at the top.  Click 'Continue'.
    7. The 'Checkout' page will appear.  Click the 'Finish' button at the bottom of the page.
    8. Note: If your changes have increased your booking value or you have an outstanding balance, the system will prompt you for your credit card information.  Enter this or if you are paying by invoice, change the payment method drop-down menu to 'invoice' (and don’t forget to print your new invoice from the confirmation screen).
    9. The 'Confirmation' page will appear confirming your new booking details.
    10. You will receive an automated email confirming that you have made amendments to your booking.

    1. Click 'Book Your Place' button above (will open in new tab).
    2. Select your delegate type and enter your email address.  Click 'Continue'.
    3. You will now be on the 'Personal Info' page.  Enter your details. Click 'Continue'.
    4. You will now be on the 'Booking Options' page.  Enter your requirements.  Click 'Continue'.
    5. You will now be on the 'Checkout' screen.  Enter a password (to enable you to amend your booking in the future), select your payment method (credit/debit card or invoice) and check the book to 'agree to terms and conditions'.  Click 'Finish'.
    6. The last screen you will see is the 'Confirmation' screen.  From here you can manage your booking and print credit card receipts or your invoice.
    7. You will be sent an automated email to confirm your place. The email will have a link to your booking details and invoice or credit card receipt.  If you do not receive your email, please check your 'Junk Mail' folder.  If the email is not in there please contact Mint Events.

    2. Enter your email address.  Click 'Continue'.

    6. You will now be in the 'Booking Options' screen.  Scroll down the page to the workshops section and select your workshop choices from each of the drop down menus.  Once you have made a selection for each workshop, click 'Continue'.
    7. You will be back on the 'Booking Management' screen.  The message 'your registration has not yet been saved' will be displayed at the top.  Click 'Continue'.
    8. The 'Checkout' page will appear.  Click the 'Finish' button at the bottom of the page.
    9. The 'Confirmation' page will appear confirming your new booking details.
    10. You will receive an automated email confirming that you have made amendments to your booking.
